saferwholesale.com2176 sent me a damaged electrical box with my sauna new lenox, Illinois

I ordered a dry sauna from saferwholesale.com. When it finally arrived the main electrical box was crushed, and looked like it was run over by a car. I called them right away. I was told to take some pics and send to this email they gave me. I do not know how to send pics, so I tried to email them and let them know my problem. The email does not exist. called them back and was told that a manager was not available. All I want is them to send me a new box, and I will be all set. I feel they are giving me a runaround. The sauna was almost a thousand dollars, and I Can't even use it. Also it is very poorly made and several wood pieces have already fallen off.
