Saiyo Store Paid for product, never received, Saiyo gave me a false tracking number
Ordered a neck hammock from Saiyo Store on December 18, 2017. I spent $42.95.
Got email from them the next day saying my order was on the way. Item had not arrived as of January 6. I emailed as to the status. I was told shipping could take longer than 6 weeks.
I emailed again on January 24 and February 6. I have asked for a refund several times. No response. In my last email, I told them I was going to post reviews about the poor service. Evidently they didn't care because I received no reply!
