I hired Sameer from a site Called "Elance" were you go to get projects bid from around the world that deal with internet work. Sameer billed me twice for the same job and then would not do anything more for me to make things right. I contacted him several times in which he agreed to do more work for me but now he has dissappeared and I am out $140.00 It seems as www.elance.com will not stand behind these situations which makes then unreputable!
