Placed order for an instock wallet on 10/18/2017, was charged $100 immidiately and was sent a tracking number. Followed up numerous times since then and keep receiving the same message saying that they will get back to me. Tried tracking the wallet every week since and it shows it's still at the original location. It was never shipped. I wanted to give this as a gift for Xmas and 2 months is plenty of time to get the item in time! Do not order from Sand One. She is rude and could give a rats a** about her customers. All she cares about is getting her money and spending it!

 I have been angry before when orders take time to arrive, best option is emailing the seller to follow up about your missing order. I have ordered before from Sands Art store and whenever there is an order discrepancy its always fixed. they have gotten better at responding too. I advise to reach out and fix this. Sand is great and has gotten way better with her customer service thought the years
