Do not work with Santosh Manjrekar! He is a liar a cheat and a thief!!!!! He will lie to you about your rate and fees. He ended up forcing me to pay 3 points on my loan when he guaranteed it would be a zero point loan. Santosh Manjrekar forged all my disclosures and then lied to me saying my wife signed those documents. Do yourself a favor and have nothing to do with this joker. Not only will he lie to you but he will also belittle you and treat you like youre an idiot.
