sapphire ecigs charge $4.95 for trial ecig, then $99.67 was debited from my bank account Internet

I paid $4.95 for the trial pack which was debited from my checking account. Within 2 weeks another $99.67 was taken from my checking account with no authorization. This was certainly not anything I signed up for and was in no way authorized. The company is Sapphire e-cigs.

Dear Consumer.
It is always unfortunate when money goes missing from your account. I need to assure you that there isnt an evil looking person sitting on a computer activly charging your account. Many many services are automated now. What you are seeing is the automated billing. On this particular purchase you may not have authorized the removal of funds from your account. Then again, you may have. By accepting the trial price, that may have been a blanket invitation for them to debit your account. Normally this happends because you didnt cancel your trial period within a set amount of time.
If you wish to continue with this companys services, you need to find out if they shipped out the product that they have charged you for. If they have and you choose not to continue business with this company, refuse the shipment. Then contact both the company and your bank. The company you need to request a refund of your cash as you have refused the delivery. The bank needs to be also informed that NO debits to your card/account from this company.
If the company refuses to return your money you will need to get ahold of your local DA and see what remedys you have in the state you live in.
