Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I placed an order with this company to get a match of hollister's august perfume, I'm not here to complain about the actual product because even though i wasn't satisfied with it i won't hold it against them. But, the thing that is making me very frustrated is the fact that it's been over a month and I have yet to get my refund. UPS says that the packages got there on january 6th and when nothing happened i emailed asking what was going on and was then told that the refund was put into the system and i should have it within 7 to 10 business days. Its been over 2 weeks and the company has stopped communicating with me. Can anyone help me out?

A few days after I posted this I got my refund. I guess I was just getting anxious because of all the other stories I had been reading. Scentmatchers is a good company and sticks to their word now!

ok if you paid with c/c or band card and you have tracking number my the call to the card you put it on have the tracking number file unauthezed chager thay can only chager your card when shipped to you and if you returned it give the bank or c/c compys, desput it thay have it. sign afteadavid at bank, c/c can be done over phone have dates, times, names, and a short storey thats it most banks will help you and c/c compy, have 60 days after that forgate it so go for it
