Schuylkill County CYS had an open case with me for three years. Towards the end of the third year they were using words of adoption and involuntary termination. The convinced me to give up my rights voluntarily in accordance of an open adoption. After the hearing I waited to be contacted about the open adoption agreement and when i was not contacted i contacted the company and was informed that children and youth is filing for a closed adoption. I was tricked into giving up my rights and Schuylkill county cys kidnapped my child to get a paycheck.

What action has the FBI taken on this kidnapping?

Kidnapping is a serious Federal offense and the kidnappers would be prosecuted and if convicted serve very long sentences in Federal prison. Let us know how the FBI handles this VERY serious situation.
