Schwan's Home Service Management LIED, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, REDUCED PAY!! I would never recommend this co. unless you are very desperate!!! Stockbridge, Georgia

This company was hell from the beginning! I interviewed at one location. Had to wait two months because that location closed down. Finally, I was called to start training at the Stockbridge, GA location. Training was unorganized and had to leave the second day because i was locked out of the system! It took two weeks to finally get uniforms. I was told from both the LGM and Regional Manager i would be making $38k after training. I never made over $32k. The team was always frustrated or angry with management.  It wasn't very encouraging for a new sales Rep. The only thing they were truthful about was the 14 hour days. I would NEVER recommend being a route driver!!
