Security One Services took over my home alarm monitoring services and also is trying to take possession of the alarm system that was installed in my home when I purchased it five years ago. They are asking over $2000 to "leave the system in my home" when in fact they didn't own it when I bought it. They are anti-customer friendly. Stay away. Don't sign their contracts or cancel them if you have them.
