Send Out Cards This company makes you purchase points and then the points are used towards cards. I have now been informed that the points expire. This was not the case when I signed up. This is stealing! Internet

I have been a fairly satisfied customer od Send Out Cards for many years and have been automatically purchasing points each month that I use towards the card program.  I got an e-mail this year saying that the points are now expiring.  I have 1577 points that are worth .31 cents each or a total or $488.87  This outright theft.  I called to complain and told them they were stealing and this is not what I agreed to when I signed up.  Can someone please start a class action suit? I also sent out a card to my neighbor last month that they never received.
