Seniormatch.com successfulmatch.com scam, ripoff Internet
*UPDATE Employee: Multiple accounts with the same information, difficulty in getting in touch with Customer Service
Received identical "profiles" from different states as showing interest. The two I received were identical except for different locations, different photos and different names. The context of the profiles were identical otherwise! Not real people. Not real profiles. Scam to get the $19.95 for one month. When you call the phone number, you get a recording "no more calls are being taken." Goes under many different names on the Internet, including Perfectmatch.com. Beware.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Multiple accounts with the same information, difficulty in getting in touch with Customer Service

Our company does it's best to keep tabs on all profiles created on our sites, and sometimes this is too much to handle, based on activity on the site, new members and the like. In cases like this, the site also includes an email address for contact regarding an issue in case the customer is unable to leave a voice message. We try and promote more of a community feel with our sites, and as such, do not advocate, or create false profiles ourselves. What you seem to be finding is a possible scam run by an outside user, not by our company. I suggest retrying to call so that we can investigate this issue, and resolve it as quickly as possible.
