I wish I had done my research. Obviously this company is not on the up and up. We entered with the free program first and I was getting messages but they were blurred out. However there was a picture of the person and I was also able to view their profile. So far I have responded to quite a few who contacted me 1st. I have not gotten any responses to my responses. I did contact them about not wanting auto renewal as I want to be the one to decide whether to continue or not. They emailed me back and said I had to call. Here is the number... 1--877--226--3283. I used PayPal for the transaction.

I have seen two phone numbers on here where people are not getting any answers from Seniorsoulmates.com. The phone number on my bank statement is 877-226-3283, and it is under Avalanche Dating. Maybe this will help some people get some answers. I did call to insist on a refund since the seniorsoumates site has been down since 10/14/2016, and was told to call back. I have not called back yet, but will and will NOT let them put me off! Hope this helps someone!
