Sensa Products LLC I paid $90.00 for product never recieved. Company wont refund money. Customer service rep would not let me speak to a manager told me the product was not supported by the company after 30 days. Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin

I purchased Sensa products online in May of 2009. I charged it to my credit card and two payments were taken for the total in amount of 90.00. The product was never recieved. When I called asking why my refund was not processed they told me the product was delivered and not returned to them. After doing some checking they told me the product was returned unopened. I was told by the customer service rep that "they normally give customers a grace period but they are unwilling to extend it to me." I asked to talk to a supervisor SEVERAL times but was flat out denied. I was told "the Supervisor does not want to talk to you". The service rep told me that they only back the product for 30 days and wount give credit for returns.


She stated that the product was not a drug and the it was exactly like "Splenda". She used the "splenda" reference to compare the product several times making me wonder why I had to pay $90.00 for a sweetner that I could have bought at walmart! I would like to how this company is getting away with selling "splenda"  in packets labled with the "sensa" name. Do the makers of "splenda" endorse the Sensa Products LLC using the product packaged by another name? I cant believe the customer service rep was so rude. This company should not be allowed to conduct business. They refuse to back the product and there customer service leaves alot to be desired. They are not marketing what is really contained in the packets which is a bait and switch tactic not legal in may states. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS!
