The only way to handle companies that attach themselves to your account and will not respond is - close the account and open another. I had a similar issue with Global Fit, where they attached themselves to my account and would not discharge no matter what I did. I even contacted corporate headquarters about this scam and with their leverage I could get the money back that they took from me after I followed all their rules. I still closed the account and the rep asked me for my new account number so they could send my money. Like I believed in them at this time I said send me a check. Sadly corporate still supports this business so other can easily fall into this trap.
