Signature RAW had an advertisement on the internet stating try our new raw mineral make up free just pay shipping and handling fee. The advertisement described the product as having very healthy ingrediants and stated that once a person tried the product, they would be convinced to order more from the company. There was no mention in the ad that the customer would be billed $90.00 if the product was not returned in 30 days. I will now have to pay shipping twice to return the product as well.

The problem I have with the other rebuttal on this page is that the original offer on the web site says nothing about autoship or returning the product within 30 days. I "fell" for the "free offer" and got charged the $90. I blame myself for the charge since I did not read the paperwork that came in the box. I agree that this was my fault but I also do not agree with the company's misleading "free offer". I did go back to the website and looked everywhere to see if there was any mention of the autoship or that the free trial was for only 30 days. Nothing was there. I did cancel the autoship and I have not received any more product or been charged again. I think the company does these free trials this way because if they stated up front what really happens, many people would not try the product. I know I would not have. I do not expect things for free but I expected a trial size of the product so that they could have you try it and find out if you liked it. I probably would have continued to buy the product (well maybe not at $90 a shipment) if they had not misled me into thinking this was a true free trial.

I also ordered the Signature Raw free trial offer. Obviously if you want to avoid being charged for something you didn't want, you should realize that nothing is free. Everything is stated in their advertisement and if you don't want any further shipments you need to register online at their website and go to the cancel autoship option. I love their makeup and being a college student with not much money I still feel that it is worth it. Please don't be fooled into thinking that they are going to steel your money, you have the option to get a shipment every six months and can control the exact day it is charged from you account or cancel at any time. It really upsets me when people blame the company for their own inability to read the contract information before pushing the send button. By the way, to whoever reads this, when I received my shipment it came with postage paid return information from the company. You DO NOT have to pay shipping twice. They also said that I could return the containers empty.
