S.I.R.S. ripoff Okolona Mississippi
*Consumer Suggestion: Don't waste your time
I was a victim of this S.I.R.S. company jan12,2005 they claimed i won 525,439 boy was that a lie. I actually went along with it and sent in the processing fee but now it is mar14,2005 and i have received nothing
i will be filing a law suit against this company for fraud because i think it is unfair to innocent people to be conned and deceived this way. Never again will i be as optimistic to such junk mail.
Once i am done with them they will shut their fraudulent company down and hopefully people will learn never to trust a "guaranteed prize" won in a contest they never entered.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Don't waste your time
AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

I would say don't waste your time, just think that you have learned a lesson. From what I've read on other postings here there is always a disclaimer somewhere on the letter saying something like you 'might' or 'could' win. This protects them because they can point to that.
I remember getting a legitimate sweepstakes entry once that proclaimed 'YOU HAVE WON $1,000,000'. I looked very closely and in a very tiny font there was the word 'may' between YOU and HAVE.
So it really said 'You may have won $1,000,000'.
Get p.o.ed at them but don't let it consume you. You will probably never find out who they are or really where they are. They change addresses often.
