Skinny Camp they have been taking money from my account since Nov 20,2014 and i just found out Internet

I woke up today Jan 22,2015 and was looking at my bank account and saw a debit for $9.41 pending... I had no idea who it was for so I called the phone number attacthed to it and the woman informed me that in October 2014 I clicked on something for diet pills or something like that and I told her no one in my house is overweight so I dont know who could of done it. I dont know how they got my account number  but when she offered me the refund she stated " we are not in the business of making customers happy, so I will only offer to refund 50% of your money." I asked will that be 50% of all the months they were withdrawling, and she said no. 50% of this month only. So I said you've been taking money from my account for months and you are only giving me back 5.00 ? she said yes. at that time I informed her that I would report them to the BBB and she said ok I will refund the 9.41 and cancel your account. I said ok and we hung up and I am reporting it to you. Thank You Toni Palm Coast, Florida 32164
