Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Used strong arm tactics to try and get us to sign a contract and lied saying that their proposal was a binding contract. Threatened to put a lean on our house. They called my wife a liar saying that a certain rep of theirs had spoken with her when they had not. Said the "contract" was a notarized document when it wasn't.
Unnecessarily rude and combative on the phone. We had the intention to work with them and had a check ready for them but they did not like something they heard and went on the attack. They did not return calls. Would never use now.

After consulting with various parties and counsel, and also in touch with Skyhigh Siding and Roofing, we have been able to resolve the issues that were a source of contention between the Skyhigh company and ourselves. Now that we have resolved the issues, we will consider the matter to be closed and nothing more will be said about the company.
