I have been charged from Skype 8.99 twice within one month. They conveniently set themselves up to my PayPal Account and charged my account twice. Sunday, February 3, 2013 1:58 PM and Sunday, February 10, 2013 9:10 PM.  My password was the same on my Skype as it is paypal since changed! Microsoft owns them and is now operating illegitimately.
