THE ABSOLUTE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO WARRANTY CLAIMS!! I've had my Simmons Black Label for a little over a year and Sleep Train denied my claim using a 3rd party inspector who was there 5 mins. There is $2800 down the drain...Take your business elsewhere....
