Beware of this company they install alcohol breathalyzer ignition devices. I have a long story but I'll make it very short.. Beware this company will install a device in your vehicle and in my opinion won't give the proper the information to the department of motor vehicles in order to collect monthly payments. You can't get any of their employees to return your phone calls or emails and the installers are very unprofessional they don't disclose any information about how to use the device and what and how you would cause any violations. Unprofessional group organization they should be shut down please beware of this business they pray on negative situations.

They never responded before but they decide to respond today! For a company that profits of peoples hardships it's amazing how you respond? And no the company gave the wrong information on purpose because I called them 10 times to correct it and they wouldn't correct everything as an employee called Mr. White that does absolutely nothing ! I wrote down all the correct information for the installer perfectly installer decided to put it in his own wrong information I guess? this is a corrupt company you can tell by how they respond. Let's see what other nessages they leave.

This is like a prison inmate complaining that there are no maids to clean their cell. You're lucky you even get to drive at all. This is just embarrassing.

It is interesting how you decided to only give us the "short" version. Where all of the stuff you left out are things that maby don't make you look so good.
So how about we start off by letting people know why you had this device installed on your car. Was it because you had nothing better to do one day and thought it was a nice piece of technology? Of course not. It was installed becase you had a Court Order to do it because you were convicted of DRUNK DRIVING. Where the only reason you have this opportunity is because you got lucky enough and did not kill anyone while you were driving under the infuence.
As to how to use the device. Seems pretty simple. When you want to start your car you blow into the tube and if you are under the amount of alchohol allowed the car will start. As to what that amount is...let's try ZERO shall we.
As for what would cause violations, let's see again. Pehaps if you had too much alchohol on your breath. Perhaps if you failed to blow into it when it requested you to. No, seems like it would be prety much common sense. But that may be in fact your problem. Because if you had any common sense you may not have driven drunk in the first place.
The other interesting statement of yours is that you state "and in my opinion won't give the proper the information to the department of motor vehicles". There really isn't opinion here. Either they did give the proper information to the DMV or they did not. So which is it? If they did not what exact information did they fail to give?
