This might be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Product ordered has been backordered for months - they try to upsell you to a more expensive product. Trying to contact customer service is impossible. Try to call their phones - no one ever answers. You cannot submit an inquiry online either with a verification code (which does not exist). I've requested cancellation and a refund numerous times and no one responds and refund has not been made. I do not recommend having your prescription glasses made with this company.
