 While their customer sevice is ok but to show unavailable stocks on their website as available to purchase, is misleading and very unprofessional! Any solid company would understand the importance of a well organized inventory. I have placed an order of a pair of Persol sunglasses only to found out later that not only is not available but they claimed that their supplier have no disclose date on when it will be restock, not only that, pushed me to select mens style sunglasses that clearly would not fit me well as I am a woman and then recommended me to buy higher priced sunglasses instead and only provide a measly 5% discount! When I have clearly stated TWICE how disappointed on this and would like an immediate refund, they never complie on my request and now, sent me a payment invoice request via Paypal! How dare you guys do business like this?! As of now, I am still waiting for my full refund. Never in my life experience something as absurd as this! I will never buy from you again and will urge others to stay away from buying from you. Even if they reply you and promise you issue an refund, they are all excuses and full of BS! Do not put your trust in their words.
