Boost Mobile Store Leased a cell phone. Was informed that I could pay off anytime I wanted in a period of 90 days. Was not informed that a 20% fee would be charged fof paying off in the term they said that I could do. Was not told about the penalties. brandon Florida

Leased a cell phone with smart pay at boost mobile store. Lease I wanted was to pay off in 90 days. They set up payments for 11 months and I was told that i can still make 3 payments.
The reality was that I was being now charged $50.00 with a 20% fee to pay if off earlier which had to be a lump sum.
Boost mobile willingly set up account and failed to provide correct information of leasing contract. Very upset.

Which means YOU didnt read the PAPERWORK that YOU agreed to!!!!DUH!!!! Get a clue!!! YOU agreed to ALL of the terms of the leasing agreement and you did this WITHOUT READING!?!?!Life lesson there buddy!! ALWAYS READ WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO SIGN!!! How can you say you have been ripped off when YOU SAID IT WAS ALL GOOD!!Next, try and use that melon of yours and understand HOW a lease works. Yes you CAN pay it off early but then the leasor is out the GUARENTEED by CONTRACT cashflow. Which is WHY there is a early payment penalty.
