i found this company to help me stop smoking.. they sant me a free trial kit to try for free. went to call number they satd there is aproblem with custermer service go to thier website www.smartsmokerhelp.com i requested to return thier product and there automated answer was you cannot return this product. i only ordered on december 7 didnt received product 12/28/09 they took 99.95 from me and they told me it was a free trial and i could return if your not satisfied..well to no avail i got ripped off and they should be locked up for taking peoples money ..i need help to get my money back.. wow this is a definate scam
