Beware of this SCAM program! I had to pay several hundred dollars to enroll in this substance abuse program only to find out it was a collection of cheap, unprofessional videos that had no value to me. The website was impossible to navigate and the content was sloppy and irrelevant. The company has no phone number or fax listed and they do not respond to emails. I should have gone to old fashion route and stayed away from internet garbage.

Sober Online Solutions is a recognized leader in the field of online sobriety.
We are a recognized court approved online sobriety program developed by professionals in substance abuse.
Here at Sober Online Solutions, we take our clients’ needs very seriously.
This includes the support and the effectiveness of our programs. This program was developed by behavioral specialists with decades of experience helping those in need. Our program has been universally recognized as effective and has been approved for court mandated programs.
Our primary goal is to reach and positively impact as many lives at risk as possible, which is why I am personally responding to the negative posts issued on July 2 and July 7, 2016.
We are a legitimate properly licensed and registered business with nothing but praise for our product, and it is fully recognized by court systems around the country.
First let me say, we do not have clients in North Carolina. This is where this complaint posts originated. We do not have clients that have relocated to this state either - we know this because of the logins of our actual customers and where they are located. This is simply not yet an area where we have expanded into. These are falsehoods made for the purpose of defamation.
If a client has questions they not only have access to our exceptional online support but also our SOS support personnel. Real individuals who have signed up for our programs would know this fact. Interestingly enough, we have not received any negative comments or requests for refunds from any real clients.
This complaint was made at the same time as other defamatory complaints by the same person all using fake names and different locations. All, it appears from the same person pretending to be customers of ours.
Based on the facts and our research, we have concluded these posts to be fraudulent. And we have referred the matter to the FBI's Internet Crime (IC3) Organization for criminal investigation.
