This software sales company sells "cheap software!" at a discounted (very discounted!) price. You receive a download link for the software when you've completed your transaction. The setup will not complete, however, because the company does not provide you with the correct codes.

The only other time this has happened to me is when I lived in China and the software was pirated. The software cannot be registered online, which is another big clue it isn't legitimate. The only contact informattion provided is an e-mail address and their website even asks you not to dispute your business with their company! Do NOT buy software from this scam!
