signed up with software pros for furure needs....billing should have been around $20.00...i then down loaded a FREE version of AVG anti virus software on my computer..they billed my credit card $85.00..i know the software is free cause i have used it for years......when trying to resolve the issue with software pros billing the person got angry,loud,sarcastic and hung up on me........will never use the company again.everyone stay clear of SOFTWARE PROS.....BIG RIP OFF!
