Software Pros is into false advertising, and they have yet to refund any of my .

On Sunday January 3, 2016, The Software Pros advertising  led me to believe that I was getting a 3 year membership to use Photoshop for $16.95 (or so) a year, which should have come to approximately $50 plus tax, since I'm in California. After I hit "next", there was no total presented or no prompt to cancel the order. When I pressed next after putting in my card information, I got an immediate message that my credit card was being charged $88.82.  I was not even provided a receipt, just an email thanking me for my purchase and a link to download. There was not even a total on that.

I immediately emailed the company and told them I wanted an immediate refund due to false advertising and overcharging. I also did not download the software.

I got an email back the next day saying they would refund me my money less $9.95 for processing, and it would take 2-4 business days. I again immediately emailed them back and told them that they would refund me the full amount due to their false advertising. I aslo informed them I had filed a complaint with the Better Busienss Bureau (which I did). The BBB has 59 complaints closed against them, they have an F rating, and my complaint is still in the system, probably with countless others like mine.

On Tuesday I got an email back that they would refund me the full amount.  On Thursday I got a "reciept" saying they would refund me the full amount. I have yet to see any money credited to my card account. I am doubting that I will get my money back without help. These people are sheisters, and I'm sure they are getting away with it a lot.  However, they really need to be put out of business because I am now sure they are pirating software.

Please help me get my $88 back from these idiots.
