I ordered a free trial of Somnapure. I was sent a small vial and did not care for the product. I called them to let them know. I just rec'd anpther sample in the mail and was billed $29. I called again and demanded a refund. They said I would have to send it back in the mail at my cost for a full refund or thy could credit me $18. I want everyone to know that they are using the credit card to chage additional fees for a product not wanted....
