South Beach Java Acai Detox did not work--asked for refund-have not gotten as of june 15, 2011 ft lauderdale, Florida

I answered an on line ad for Acai Berry weight loss "herbs"--a detox herb.  The South Beach Java online ad was connected to the Acai Berry ad.  I signed up with both for free 1st month and money back guarentee if I was not happy.  I sent the different bottles of "herbs" back after a month of trying as well as the coffee that was sent.  I was to receive a refund back on my debit card and never heard anything.  I called the 800 phone number and was assured that the refund would be honored.  It was not.  I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint with them and will also call South Beach Java and tell them I have done this report as well as the FTC.
