Last year, a person came into my office with "Con Edison" Credentials with the news of money saving opportunity in which, I was so busy that I felt in the trap.

i was Spark Energy ripping off people in NY with their BS "Saving plan"

Now I'm paying more in Electricity and this report if for you to keep away from them as far as you can.
