Spartan Paving -Thomas Stanley and Randy Stevens Supossed to do a driveway with millings and neverfinished and gave a 1 year warranty/guarantee and afterheavy rains the millings washed away. Frederick Maryland and Virginia

Contracted to even out driveway with millings tamped down which they did very little of and left the work incomplete with a promise to come back and finish 6 months ago. I believe Thomas Stanley(pretty sure that is his last name) discussed and fleshed out the contract with the particulars and had his son in law Randy Stevens do the work. The particulars are on a contract with Thomas's company Spartan letter head.
