I worked for this company a few years back and it was super shady. Once I realized that, I walked out.
I'm not suprised at all that you never got your money. It was a poorly run opration, mostly run for the owner's buddies and "investors".

Neither Sports buff or Rapid Draft has paid me my winnings. They took my registration fees and waiver fees. I won money for high weekly score at sports buff and to this date Aug 8,2010 THEY PAID NOTHING NOTHING I got scammed. They are closed up and gone..They scammed me.

Wake up to all u Sportsbuff fans that claim,they got paid;and usually the checks are in the mail by March,after the football season is over.  The few of u that have received ur rewards does not over-ride the ones that did not. Jeff T and his crew has left the building;they are gone; and if u believe that he is re-structuring, and revamping his site;then u are in ur own fantasy world.  Try calling his number;voice message says, that number is no longer in existence--wonder why?  Face it; u loyal SportsBuffFantasy Football fans; he flew the coop with everyones $$$--There will be no sign ups,leagues or divisions, this year with Jeff T's SportBuff Football or any other sport.  Find another Fantasy Football site that is of good stature and 100% relieable--Pro Football Magazines has many that offers Fantasy Football to play.  Check them out;better yet, check with the BBB, to see if they are legit.  Am willing to bet;that Sportsbuff has it share of complaints.

I am shocked-I have been a paid member with SportsBuff/Fantasy football for the past 5 yrs, spending in the hundreds of dollars range.  I have talked personall by phone with Jeff Thompson,owner and founder of SportsBuff,operatinng out of Kenosha, Wis.  I live in Las Vegas, NV,where his final 8,gathers from different parts of the country;to participate in a playoff run to the Superbowl.  The champion,first place,supposely won $10,000;while the remaining 7,received guaranteed money too.  I had contacted Jeff Thompson in the passt and asked him where he and his crew(Coach B) was staying in Vegas?  What hotel ?  I wanted to say hello to him and staff;since I live in Las Vegas;that would be cool.  No meeting ever took place.  I just now tried to call his contact number in Kenosha and was greeeted by a recording.saying that number is no longer in existance.  ATTN to All---SportsBuff may be a rip off--BEWARE

I have played w/ J.T. and Sports Buff for over twenty years. I have been awarded 2 checks and they have come in a timely fashion. I have made hundreds of inquiries to Sports Buff. I have always gotten a response. I have always felt that their integrity was very high. I have a painful void in my Fantasy Football life. Thanks for a great experience. You are missed. Best regards

not answering phones. have left 3 messages over past 2 weeks. J. thomas, r ferraton not responding to emails sent over past 1 1/2 months. we will be contacting Kenosha County District Attorneys office if we get no response by next week.

I have played and won prize money on Sportsbuff Fantasy Football several times since 1999 and prize checks are normally issued in Mid March. Always found them to be one of the more reliable games and great people. I know their website is going through a re-design and has been down. FYI
