"they keep going into my account stealing funds"
First, you need to explain that sentence. What do you mean by "stealing funds"? Also, where is your "funds"? Is it a bank account? Is it a credit card/debit card? Or something else? If it is a bank account, you should contact the bank about this fraudulent charges, and then close the account. If it is your credit card, contact the credit card company about the fraudulent chrages, ask them to prevent any authorization, and get a new card to replace the old one.
Also, contact the owner company of stardoll and close your daughter account. Do not open a new one until your situation is clear.
You need to find out how the "hacker" stole the information. Are you sure that the hacker got it from your daughter's account? How did you come to that conclusion? Are you sure that your computer or any of your devices that can connect to the Internet is not infected? There are too many questions and you did not disclose but rather give your own conclusion. A common sense to deal with this matter is to close all financial connections between the source of funds and the thief. If you could isolate the source from the thief, then you could start changing the source information in order to completely eliminate the connections. Don't be panic and do nothing. You need to immediately start now.
