stateregistration.org Collected PII by fronting as the Mass DMV Massachusetts

My motorcycle registration is due and I received a letter in the mail. I searched for "massdot registration" in Google and clicked on the first listing, which happened to be an ad for this website. I proceeded with entering my personal information, such as my license number, last 4 digits of my social security #, and mailing address. I did not realize until just before entering my credit card data that I was not on an official government site and that I had just shared personal data with a for-profit company. The only contact options on their website is via email. I sent a request to purge my data but don't expect to hear back.
