I ordered a 2 pc set (a-line top and pants) was sent a-line top and bloomers. When I told her she sent the wrong item she wanted me to pay an additional $22.00.....for the pants! Then stated her site clearly states all sales final, no exchanges or refunds. When you order and receive the wrong item.......a honest person would correct their error......Instead she is a dishonest person that has ruined her reputation. Please think twice before doing business with Stephanie Klose Timmons or Kids Exchange. She will send you whatever she wants and take your money.

She has ordered several items from me and has never had a problem with any of the items ordered. This particular outfit was for a bloomer set. The listing was very clear and stated bloomers. The item she ordered was sent to her, however since she was not happy, I offered to have the matching pants made for her at my cost. She refused! All my listings do state that there are no refunds nor exchanges because all the outfits are custom made to order.
