Strong current enterprises Ordered one, sent and charged for two, then no reply. Internet

i saw these antenna on Facebook and was tempted by their promises. I ordered one but was sent and charged for two. I messaged straight away and received an automated reply, then nothing.

I tried the antenna but couldn't get a peep out of either one so wanted a refund. But they wouldn't answer my emails. I have now raised a complaint with PayPal and they have responded after two weeks of getting nowhere with emails .

They have at last offered a refund when they receive the antenna back, this is going to cost me nearly £12 to send them back and I'm still worried that I won't receive the refund, hopefully all will be well now that PayPal are on board
