November 8th 2018 I ordered 2 items from this company.

I did get a confirmation number sent back to me saying it will take 30 days to ship.

I have emailed them 3 times starting about 45 days after I placed my order.

I have yet to get a response.

I also called there support phone and each time it was answered by what sounded like a call center who took my information and said I would be getting a call from them.

To this day 3/17/2019 I have had no contact from them.
