StudentAidCenter.Org Student Aid Center; Up Front Forgiveness Department Collected $100 a month for 6 months in order to pay for Student Loan Forgiveness as a Disabled Veteran Miami Florida

I was contacted by StudentAidCenter.Org regarding Student Loan Forgiveness and they stated they could help me since I was a Disabled Marine Veteran with a Service-Connected Disability Rating of 80%. It was stated that it would take approximately 6 months (January 2016) for my loans to be forgiven and during that time I was to have automatically withdrawn $100 a month from my account.
It is April, I've tried all ways to contact them to no avail. I still have my student loans and I have received no communication from this agency or my money back.
