The city's garbage dump has refused to pick up my litter for the 3rd time in a row. When called about it they said we will do it more for $34. I think that is outrageous! My garbage has been sitting at my lawnside for 3 weeks and no one is doing anything about it! There are piles of litter elsewhere. They need to do a better job of picking up!
