Summit Ridge Apartments (Beware) They employ criminals as there mangaers Ashley Skeen a manager for the old apartment complex has obvious mental issues and is very rude sometimes and sometimes she is overley a sweathart. Unuasual person then after further investigation  found the Ashley Skeen is a 2- time criminal out of Georgia & Folrida then she came to Colorado. The units are old and eveything is always breaking down. But worst of all the Asley Skeen girl will confront tenants and be very rude to them in front of other clients I have actually seen her do this several times Very Unproffesional!!!
