I do not recommend that anyone use this company. They did not pay me for an airline ticket that I sent in an effort to get them out of a bind! I can't imagine that they pay subcontractors correctly either! BEWARE!!!
If Shari Arnold/Christopher Durst take care of this, I will gladly remove this complaint.

This is totally false and we are planning on taking legal action if this posting/complaint is not corrected or removed.
We are the owners of Sunset Events Group and have never done business, met or purchased anything from "James".
James sold an airline ticket to a distant family member who we are not even in contact with and then we are not even sure of this, was not paid for it.
This has nothing to do with our company nor have we ever done business with this person (James).
We think this transaction took place off of Craig's List between Shari A. and James. James is now upset and trying to find any way possible to extort money from anyone who knows Shari A. in an attempt to recover any monies owed to him.
This is not our responsibility to pay for something Shari A. possibly purchased from James nor do we intend to allow this kind of defamation to be posted about our company.
Why would we purchase an airline ticket off of Craig List in the first place?
James is very upset and we understand. But, posting false allegations against our company in an order to force us to pay for someone else's debt is completely ridiculous. This is a court matter between Shari A. and James.
If this posting isn't corrected and removed we will take legal action against James and resolve this in court.
Our company does not know James nor have we ever conducted business with him on a professional or personal level. We would like him to submit proof that we entered into or agreed to purchase anything from him.
This complaint is directed towards Shari A. and that's where he needs to focus his attention. Directing his anger to innocent family members is absurd and we will take legal action for defamation if this isn't corrected.
We have all your emails James concerning this matter and begging us to pay for this debt, which isn't ours or our company Sunset Events Group's responsibility.
I'm sorry you lost money or where taken advantage of, but this isn't my fault nor is it my companies responsibility. You're an adult and should take the proper legal actions to recover your loss. What you posted is wrong and hurtful to us and you will correct this. We cannot force a distant family member to pay a debt that has nothing to do with us.
If this isn't corrected or removed we will take legal action against you for Defamation of Character, False Statements Posted Publicly, Loss of Business due to this false report also Mental and Emotional Distress.
If you still feel that your account and report is true then produce documentation/emails that we Sunset Events Group purchased or agreed to purchase this ticket from you and a price that was agreed upon. You have been trying for a year to force my family to pay this debt that isn't ours and today you crossed a line.
