I signed a contract with Suntrust Bank for their Merchant Processing Services. Nowhere in their contract is there any mention of a $500.00 termination fee. Nor did their service representative mention any such fees when selling me on their services. This is outright fraud! I have been in touch with the Suntrust Bank Collections Department and they have not done anything to assist me. Suntrust Bank is not a reputable company for knowingly approving such fraud. Do not do business with them.
