4.95 free trial, hahahahaha, how about 85.00 for a month, oh and wait they charged me twice ! When I called them to tell them I had cancelled two weeks prior they just continued to argue with me stated I had not. Well an 85.00 lesson not to order online, but this company is a HUGE ripoff !

You MUST Agree to Our Terms & Conditions to Sign Up for a Trial With Us

AUTHOR: Devin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 15, 2009

Dear Lynn,

I'm sorry you feel that you were misled by our free trial offer; we are not advertising or offering "free samples" which are out-right gifts. We are offering "free trials" which are time-sensitive tests.

In order to sign up for a trial with us, you must check a box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the program. These terms and conditions are listed at the bottom of the page, and clearly state that you will have 15 days from the date your trial ships to decide if it is right for you. If you are unhappy with it, just call our 24/7 customer support hot-line to close your trial before it is over and you will not be billed anything else. If you are happy with it, do nothing and when your 15-day trial ends you will be billed $79.90 for the shipment you received. If your account is still open 30 days after your original ship date a 2nd month's shipment is sent out to you for $79.90 plus $4.95 shiping and handling fees.

If you had canceled your account but you were billed because it was not properly closed, please contact our 24/7 customer service hot-line at (866) 899-9006. We do have an advanced customer service system which time-stamps whenever someone calls in (regardless of whether the person hung-up during the call); if you can contact us and provide us with the number you called in on, we would be happy to check our records and refund you if an error was made.

Please contact us if you have any questions or issues at (866) 899-9006.

Devin
