Sureway Beneficial ripoff Champlain New York

I was contacted by a representative of Sureway Beneficial who offered me a $2000 limit credit card. They asked for my banking information and personal information. They told me that they would draft a check from my account on April 8 and that I should receive the credit card 4-6 weeks later.

The draft was taken on April 13 and have still have not received the credit card. I called the 800# listed on the check and have not received a call back from any one in 5 business days. Unfortunately, I cannot reach the 800# from my daytime calling area. They have not wasted anytime taking the $249.00, but have not made good on the promised credit card.
