I subcribed to 4 free magazines for the cost of Handleing. I recieve a post card in the mail reminding me of renewal date and to call and cancel before that date, which I did but my card was still debited for the renewal fee. I called the bank and I called all numbers that I could find including the one given to the bank. All numbers were automated voice and no real person could be contacted. The voice said I would be refunded 22.00 but they charged me 24.00? Why can't I get a full refund for this?
Bank says they will dispute the issue if my full refund is not returned. i have documentation of the cancelation so they cannot deny me a refund.
