Tahir Shield and Musical Co Tahir Hussain Received notice that a musical instrument that I own could be copied, I sent the bagpipe to him, and he refuses to return it, or respond to my emails. Sialkot Nationwide

I was going to start new work with Tahir Hussain of Tahir Shield and Musical Company, I sent him items to replicate for me (cap badges, reeds, chanter, small items) But the big item was my set of Irish Uilleann Pipes, that to this day, he still refuses to return.  I've contacted the Chamber of Commerece in Sialkot wish has done very little, and contacted him by phone, text, email, and have had other friends in the same city try to contact him and he refuses to answer any questions about the instrument that I sent him.  

All I want is my bagpipe back!
