Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was using this company's internet /wi-fi phone service. They offer basic services free and then charge for upgrades.
I had an assigned VOIP number. My cell phone was erased and I had to reinstall the Talkatone app with my assigned number;
I was not able to do this. i tried contacting customer service and got no response; they only have email and NO phone supoort.
I have to get another service now, and notify everyone of my new phone number, which is a major headache.

Talkatone finally has addressed my complaint. They informed me that due to one of their issues, I have to get a new number. i have my current number advertised and business cards printed. I don't know what the final outcome will be.

strict standards for business conduct.
